My "Grand Dog"

O.K., so my beautiful daughters have not produced children yet, and I'm not really in any hurry to be a Grandmother, but I have to say, I thoroughly enjoy the latest addition to our family and that is Jemma, an 8 month boxer. She is on the left, playing happily with another boxer - hard to tell them apart (bad Grandma!).

The historic Delta King

Last evening I had the great pleasure of breaking bread with Tami Caufield, the Director of Sales & Catering for the Delta King. This wonderful historic old river boat is moored in Old Sacramento and is a delightful and unique venue to hold a wedding. Tami wanted to discuss my involvement in helping her to put together an Open House to show off the property to future brides and grooms. She plans to hold the event on a Sunday in June. As soon as I have the date, I'll post the information.
